My passion is working with leaders who want to have a positive impact in the workplace, their lives, other's lives and the bottom line. I love to bring awareness to the speed and simplicity at which change can occur. I support clients in understanding their true power from within and how it can be used to manifest their vision with ease and fulfillment. Professional Background

I love to work with, observe and learn from people. Coaching encompasses all these facets and is the essence of who I am. I have always known that leadership could occur without the use of fear or intimidation and have a greater positive impact on long term sustainability of a company. My experience comes from over 20 years of background in organizational management, leadership and conflict resolution that has allowed me to have a greater understanding of the dynamics of the leadership role and its' integration into business infrastructure and vision.I am a Certified Life Coach, Coach for Life graduate, and Inspired Learning Facilitator. I hold a Certificate from Executive Program for Growing Companies Graduate School of Business Stanford University and The Program on Negotiation for Senior Executives, (Inter-University Consortium, Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Tufts University). Active member of the International Coach Federation (ICF)

I previously served as General Manager and Vice-President of a Hawaii based corporation with 7 offices in Hawaii, Guam, Saipan and Arizona. I have worked and traveled throughout the U.S., Indonesia, Singapore, China and Hong Kong.
